From Hannover/west (A7): A7 towards Kassel, exit Seesen, continue on B82 to Bad Harzburg. About 90 km, 1 hour.
From Berlin/east (A2): A2 towards Hannover, exit Bad Harzburg, B6 into the centre. About 250 km, 2.5 hours.
From Hamburg (A7): A7 southbound, exit Seesen. About 200 km, 2 hours.

Arriving by train
Bad Harzburg has its own railway station with ICE connection.
From Hannover: direct line, approx. 1.5 hours From Berlin: via Braunschweig, approx. 3 hours From Hamburg: via Hannover, approx. 2.5 hours

Getting around by bus
Three stops are within walking distance of the hotel:
- Burgbergbahn (approx. 140 m): city bus lines 871 and 873 — line 873 brings you here from Bad Harzburg station in about 6 minutes.
- Märchenwald (approx. 130 m): line 875, the seasonal excursion bus (roughly April to early November) to the Treetop Walk, Molkenhaus, Rabenklippe and the Radau waterfall.
- Hotel Seela (approx. 250 m): line 820 towards Braunlage and St. Andreasberg.
