Check-in is available daily between 16:00 and 21:00. From 16:00 our wellness area is also at your disposal.

Tip: complete your registration form online in advance and use online check-in – it saves you waiting time.

Arriving later? Please let our reception team know in advance by phone or e-mail. We will then leave your room key card in a safe prepared for you in front of the reception lodge.

On your day of departure, check-out is possible between 08:00 and 10:30. You are welcome to settle your bill the evening before, until 20:00.

If you arrive early or leave late, you can store your luggage at reception – our team will be happy to help you carry it. We accept no liability for stored luggage.

At reception and in the bar we accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pay by Phone – contactless, too.

The hotel car park is located right at the entrance and exit of the grounds and is secured by a barrier.

Please pay for and validate your parking ticket at reception.

A generous breakfast buffet is served daily from 07:00 to 10:00. Around 09:00 it is especially popular, so there may be short waiting times.

Would you like breakfast to take away? Please let our reception or service team know at least 24 hours in advance.

For half-board guests from 14:30 to 16:00 – homemade cake in the restaurant or on the sun terrace of Taut's. Without half board, available for a surcharge.

Our kitchen serves hot meals daily from 18:00 to 20:30. As part of half board we serve – at the head chef’s choice – a varied buffet or a 4-course menu with a choice of main courses.

Do you have special requests or food intolerances? Please let us know before your arrival or at reception – our kitchen will gladly take them into account.

Our bar in the main building, the Villa, is open daily from 18:00 to 22:00.

• Finnish sauna, bio sauna & steam sauna: Mon–Fri 13:00–21:00, weekends & public holidays 11:00–21:00

On your day of arrival, the wellness area is available to you from 16:00. You will receive a locker key at reception – please return it there when you leave the wellness area.

Bathrobes and towels are ready for you in your room.

We would love to pamper you with massages and beauty treatments. Book directly online – view spa treatments – or contact our spa or reception team (extension 100).

You will receive your room key card at check-in. Until it is returned, we charge a deposit of 10,00 € to your room account. If you lose it, you can get a new card at reception by showing your ID – we charge 5,00 € per lost card.

For a well-kept yet environmentally conscious stay, we clean your room every two days. This saves valuable resources – thank you for your understanding.

1. Press the button on the narrow side behind the door to delete the old code – you will hear a signal.
2. With the door open, enter your four-digit code and confirm with #.
3. Close the door and turn the knob.

Please leave the safe door open when you depart. If you have any questions, reception is available on 100.

The large bottle of water is our welcome gift. On request we will fill your minibar for 19,99 € (white wine, beer, water and a soft drink) – just ask us at reception.

We are happy to provide one free of charge – simply contact our reception team.

We charge a fee per pet and day. For hygiene reasons, pets are unfortunately not permitted in the wellness area or in certain room categories.
